He uttered the phrase “I’ll be back” in the 1985 movie “Commando”, and now according to our reliable sources it has been revealed that Arnold Schwarzenegger is going to keep his promise and return in “Commando 2”. The sequel will be called “Commando 2:” and Schwarzenegger himself will once again embody the image of former Special Forces Colonel John Matrix. The plot of “Commando 2” on the logline will not differ much from the original. Arnold Schwarzenegger as John Matrix is forced to retire when his daughter is kidnapped, and he goes on a high-octane mission to rescue her and destroy the ruthless criminals. This is reminiscent of the plot of the first movie, where his daughter Jenny (Alyssa Milano) was also kidnapped by mercenaries, opening the door for a slew of uncompromising shootouts. Such a move is an interesting one for Arnold Schwarzenegger, who will soon celebrate his 80th birthday at the end of July. While the first “Commando” was a bit more serious, there’s no reason why “Commando 2” can’t go in a different direction. After all, what was the original “Commando” like!
