The moment Erik Ten Hag pulled Bruno Fernandes out of his live TV interview

ERIK TEN HAG dragged Bruno Fernandes away from his live TV interview, where he was being questioned about going to Manchester United.

Fernandes, who is 29 years old, talked to Sky Sports on the field at Old Trafford after taking his team to an exciting 3-2 win over Newcastle.

SunSport reported this week that the Portuguese player is ready for the FA Cup final to be his last game for United.

After four and a half years at the Theatre of Dreams, he is thinking about leaving the club in the summer.

Patrick Davison of Sky asked Fernandes about his future with United, but he didn’t give a clear answer.

The player said, “I will be here as long as the club wants me to be a part of the future.” He could play with his international friend Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr.

“I’ve always said that I don’t want to be a player that the club doesn’t want.”

“I will leave if they don’t want me for some reason.” I will stay if they want me to, though.

Ten Hag walked over in the background while Fernandes was talking and waved his arm, telling the people behind the camera to end the conversation right away.

He then smiled, grabbed his captain by the arm, and pulled him away, which made the crowd cheer.

Davison quickly gave the player of the match award to the Red Devils pair, just in time for them to laugh and walk off.

It’s not clear if the interruption was just a coincidence since Ten Hag probably couldn’t hear what Fernandes was saying and wouldn’t have been trying to shut him up anyway.

The more likely reason is that the manager wanted Fernandes to join the rest of the team as he spoke to the crowd at Old Trafford after the team’s last home game of the season.

Ten Hag went on to say how important the Portugal star is to the team.

He said, “There’s no question that the club wants to keep Bruno.”

“He loves Manchester United and playing for them.”

“Especially with the injuries around him, he has to carry the team, he keeps a high level.”

Fernandes isn’t the only one whose plans have changed.

It was revealed that Raphael Varane will be leaving for free, and manager Ten Hag may also be leaving.

Everyone asked him about his plans for the future at Old Trafford, but he wouldn’t join in.

Ten Hag instead wanted to keep the attention on the field, where they would win tonight and the season would end.

Kobbie Mainoo, Amad Diallo, and Rasmus Hojlund scored goals to help the Red Devils finish their home league season on a high note, even though Lewis Hall made the last few minutes very exciting.

United plays their last game of the season this Sunday at Brighton before going to Manchester City to play them again in the FA Cup final, just like they did last year.
