Cardi B’s Response To Her Daughter’s Brutally Honest Mother’s Day Greeting Card Shows That Children Are Here To Make Us Feel Small

Cardi B was reminded on Mother’s Day that children can be incredibly funny inadvertently because of their honesty.

Through her Instagram story on Sunday, the “Bongos” rapper showed her family’s Thanksgiving celebration, which was both amusing and endearing.

Cardi and her husband Offset welcomed Kulture Kiari Cephus, a newborn girl, into their family in July 2018. Wave Set Cephus is the name of the newborn boy that Cardi gave birth to in September 2021, marking their second kid together.

Cardi received some lovely souvenirs over the weekend, including a Mother’s Day card with a wonderfully honest letter from their 5-year-old daughter.

“Thank you mom for holding my hands and showing me the way,” was written on the front of the card. Cheers to Mother’s Day! Mommy, I adore you.”

However, Kulture got to add her own little flair to the card’s reverse side, writing a heartfelt remark to her mother that read, “I love mommy because she always buys me things from Target when I ask her to.” Mommy gives me whatever I want when she goes to the studio.”Upon reading the note, Cardi burst out laughing and exclaimed, “Aww, yay I’m a bank!

The celebrations continued throughout the day. Cardi and her family dined on a sumptuous Italian meal at Tucci in New York City. It appears that they tried practically everything on the menu, which is how I like to eat.
