The childhood London home of Cara Delevingne is up for sale for £23.5 million.

The family home of model and actress Cara Delevingne in London’s posh Belgravia has hit the market for £23.5 million (US$29.4 million).

Before the Delevingnes graced its hallways, though, the five-bedroom mansion, built in 1838, was home to John Aspinall, a gambling impresario and zoo owner. Aspinall acquired the house in the early 1960s so that he could have a residence close to his newly opened casino and private member’s club, according to Beauchamp Estates, which brought the home to the market last month.

After Aspinall’s death in 2000, the Belgravia mansion was acquired by property developer Charles Delevingne, whose daughters, Chloe, Poppy and Cara, would spend their formative years there, the brokerage said.

An elevator runs between the home’s five floors.

The current owners, shown in property records as a limited company, bought the home for £10.6 million in 2015. They have given the mansion an extensive renovation and modernization, with a glitzy interior design scheme partly inspired by Aspinall’s endeavors, from the rooftop cocktail bar and home cinema to the animal print wallpaper and upholstering.

It “offers a magnificent trophy home for a family wanting a large house in Belgravia, one of London’s most sought-after addresses,” said Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates.

A marble entrance hall leads into the five-story home, which boasts large main rooms with generous ceiling heights, marble fireplaces and elegant ceiling coving.

Animal detailing can be found throughout.

There’s a family kitchen, a reception room, a dining room and a study. The primary bedroom suite occupies an entire floor of the home, and has a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. The lower ground floor, meanwhile, opens to a patio garden, and houses the home theater, a gym, a spa room, a professional chef’s kitchen and two storage vaults, according to the listing.
